Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Development: Develop and manage the commercial strategy to grow Germany through the appropriate sales channels. Further develop the commercial strategy and success for each product and market area.
* Value-Added Sales: Develop strategies to sell added‑value products that offer unique solutions and benefits to customers. Play a major role in identifying and winning sales opportunities to maximize market share, ensure consistent growth, and drive profitability.
* Market Expansion: With an appreciation of current and future customer needs, develop strategies and plans for new and potential markets.
Customer & Account Management
* Stakeholder Networking: Understand customer buying motives and identify key decision‑makers at all hierarchical levels. Network where required to widen exposure to decision‑makers within OEMs, regulatory authorities, consultants, and distributor networks.
* Account Planning: Build a comprehensive knowledge base of customer strategy in relevant sectors and plan key initiatives to fulfill overall customer business objectives. Lead the initiative to develop precise account plans for all product groups and markets to further increase brand awareness.
* Relationship Building: Align and further develop key customer relationships to win new business and secure long‑term partnerships that add value.
