HR Business Partner

Reports to: Head of VOIS HR Western Europe

What you’ll do
As an HR Business Partner at VGSG, you will be the primary contact for global HRBPs and responsible for all HRBP activities within the VOIS center. You will play a crucial role in initiating and supporting HR-related change measures across various departments, contributing to the achievement of HR objectives and the implementation of HR strategies. Your responsibilities will include guiding Group & VOIS HRBPs through local legislations, cooperating proactively with the works council, and balancing the needs of business functions. You will implement individual personnel measures for the E-Band, support personnel decisions, and ensure compliance with labor law requirements. Additionally, you will advise on and manage recurring HR processes such as vacancy requests, performance dialogues, annual salary reviews, and people surveys. Providing feedback and coaching to leaders, you will ensure that all leaders and people managers are equipped to drive employee engagement.

8. At least 5 years of professional experience in operational support and broad-based HR knowledge
9. Very good knowledge of labour and works constitution law
10. In-depth experience in advising managers, ideally with management experience and working with works councils
