KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Grid Solutions Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As an Industrial Cybersecurity Team Lead in Grid Technology, you will take responsibility for building and further developing our new Industrial Cybersecurity (ICS) team. Your team will consolidate ICS expertise for GT SO and works closely with the Security Network IT (SNI) development team as well as international customer projects. Together, you will ensure that key ICS topics - such as processes, requirements, risk analyses, and vulnerability management - are implemented professionally. In your role, you will be responsible for organizational setup, people leadership, coaching as well as the practical implementation of policies and processes.How You’ll Make an Impact
13. Lead and inspire the ICS team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while strategically developing team capabilities
14. Collaborate across functions, working closely with system architects and stakeholders at Control, Operations, and SNI levels to align quality and compliance standards
15. Manage team operations, including resource planning, performance reviews, and career development initiatives
16. Drive secure development and security processes—covering requirements, SDLC, testing, risk analysis, and governance—and integrate them into workflows to deliver scalable, transparent solutions
17. Ensure team structure and availability, driving continuous improvement measures to meet project pipelines and company objectives
What You Bring
18. Completed studies in IT Security, Informatic, or comparable training/qualification
19. Experience in leading and developing international teams
20. Extensive experience in industrial cybersecurity for OT systems, including the implementation of security concepts (Secure Development Lifecycle, security testing, vulnerability management), as well as in-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP and ISO/IEC 27001
21. Ability to work in a team, precise work, a high degree of initiative and flexibility, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
22. Business fluent in English (spoken and written) – knowledge of German desirable
