You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
* Winning and Expanding Customer Relationships: Proactive management of existing accounts and targeted acquisition of new customers in Germany and, if applicable, in other European countries
* Advising and Inspiring: Competent advice on Webasto products and services to actively drive customer solutions
* Shaping the Market: Continuous analysis of market and competitive developments, deriving opportunities, and implementing effective measures
* Overcoming Challenges: Solution-oriented collaboration with internal teams to quickly and constructively address market requirements
Setting Impulses: Planning and conducting sales training, marketing activities, trade fairs, and campaigns to strengthen brand presence
This is what you bring to us:
* Solid Education: Degree in business administration/engineering or commercial training with technical understanding
* Sales Experience: Proven success in field sales and selling complex products
* Initiative & Flexibility: Independent, structured working style and adaptability in dynamic situations
* Strong Personality: Convincing demeanor, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and resilience
Language Skills: Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
