Verantwortlichkeiten
Aufgaben
* Fachliche Führung sowie Schulung des Produktionsteams (ca. 50 Personen)
* Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen und effizienten Produktion
* Einhaltung der Qualitätsprozesse
* Ständige Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe (Rüst- und Taktzeiten, Ausschuss)
* Schnittstelle zwischen Werksleitung, Personalabteilung und Produktion
Qualifikationen
Anforderungen
* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionsleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition idealerweise in einem kunststoffverarbeitenden Industrieunternehmen
* Versierter Umgang mit Produktionsplanung und -steuerung
* Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
* Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit ausgeprägter Ergebnis- und Kostenorientierung
