Key Requirements
1. Solid Experience of Quality Management preferably within EPCI work environment, including manufacturing/production, land site activities
2. Engineering master’s degree
3. Preferred knowledge in cable market
4. Strong Knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards; auditing experience is requested. Be qualified as lead auditor will be a plus. Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, IEC standards, PMI, risk management techniques, Lean Six Sigma knowledge/experience/certification will be a plus
5. Strong leadership, team player
6. People management/influencing and organizational skills. Analytical, problem solver.
7. High PC literacy.
8. Proficient in English and German, written and spoken; other languages will be a plus.
9. Travel expected: about 30%
