Our core team of fewer than 10 works from Berlin Mitte, collaborating with a trusted network of 20+ freelance experts to deliver high-impact programs for clients such as LiveEO, GetYourGuide, Novo Nordisk, and Roland Berger.
Our projects around Leadership, Change, and AI are attracting great interest. To help our programs reach even more organizations in the future, we’re looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Manager to join us in taking BIA and HelloCircle into their next era. #As Full-Cycle Sales Manager International, you’ll take full ownership of your German/International accounts — from first contact to closing. Conduct online demos and presentations, showcasing our service portfolio with the goal of winning new clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, especially within HR and C-level management
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS or professional services), ideally in an innovative or fast-paced environment
Proven experience in accurate forecasting and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and motivated to optimize processes through data
Fluent English is a must, German is a plus
