In this role, you will manage and develop a global customer portfolio for PA6 & PA66, act as a champion for specific product lines and markets and contribute to our commercial strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a coherent market offering and deliver on commercial targets in an evolving environment.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute account plans, including accurate forecasts.
2. Grow and manage a portfolio of customers across Southern Europe and export markets.
3. Lead contract negotiations, manage pricing targets, and close deals.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
5. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supply issues and support innovation.
Qualifications and skills
7. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in chemistry, technology, or business administration.
8. At least 10 years of international commercial experience in the chemical industry.
9. Proven track record in global sales and relationship management with large accounts.
10. Strong communication, negotiation, and multicultural leadership skills.
11. Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French) are a plus.
