Role Purpose
As the Senior MEP Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical packages for large-scale projects. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead the full project lifecycle, developing and managing execution plans, programmes, and deliverables.
* Commercial & Programme Management: Oversee project cost control, forecasting, and budget performance. Manage variations, risks, and opportunities in collaboration with commercial teams.
* Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary interface between the client and key project stakeholders. Lead project meetings and represent the company at a senior level.
* People & Team Management: Mentor and develop multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, commercial, and site functions), promoting a positive, high-performance culture.
* Health, Safety & Quality: Ensure full compliance with rigorous HSEQ standards. Drive a "safety-first" culture and oversee quality control and commissioning processes.
* Technical Oversight: Ensure MEP systems are delivered in line with complex design specifications, supporting buildability, coordination, and final handover.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a MEP Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on large-scale, complex projects.
* Strong background in data centre, pharmaceutical, or large-scale industrial sectors.
* Demonstrated experience managing projects with an MEP scope exceeding €20M+.
* Comprehensive technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
* Strong commercial awareness, including expertise in contract management.
* Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage high-level stakeholders effectively.
