What You'll Be Doing
* Manage accounts to ensure a positive customer experience, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
* Handle renewals, develop relationships, provide training, and identify upsell opportunities by leveraging our solutions and services.
* Proactively consult with customers to understand their needs and ensure seamless order processing.
* Track non-renewals, pending, and lost renewals, analyzing reasons for cancellations.
* Support your assigned client base by responding promptly to inquiries and following up on issues.
* Meet and exceed assigned renewal rates and retention targets.
* Create selling opportunities through a structured sales plan and process.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making hierarchies to validate requirements continuously.
* Conduct calls to explore new revenue streams with existing customers, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
* Maintain a clear understanding of all product offerings, subscription models, and renewal licensing.
* Execute solutions selling by promoting value-added, long-term solutions to maximize profits and margins.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and technical teams to build global market intelligence, including insights on customers and market trends.
* Conduct quarterly business review virtual visits with at least 50% of your accounts.
What Are We Looking For?
* Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative.
* Preferred background in software customer support.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal.
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
* Self-motivated and structured work style.
* Strong problem-solving skills, remaining professional and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
* Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
