Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a market leader. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive our growth across Western Europe.


Role Purpose and Impact:

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in new account acquisition, driving sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position is crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

* Acquire new dealers by collaborating with distributors and customer sales representatives.
* Develop and service new white box customers through partnerships with major suppliers and competitors.
* Conduct market visits with distributors and implement tailored business plans to enhance distributor performance.
* Network with key market stakeholders, including competitors, influencers, and dealerships to gather market intelligence.
* Ensure compliance with all sales and corporate policies, maintaining a zero deviation standard.
* Achieve sales targets for direct customer and dealer acquisitions.
* Support the implementation of sales-related actions from the marketing plan.


Team Collaboration:

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President, marketing teams, and distribution partners to align strategies that foster growth and market development.

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

A Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.


Experience Requirements:

10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Window Film or Paint Protection Film industry.


Technical Skills:

* Proficient in sales strategies and business development.
* Strong understanding of channel sales and dealer development.
* Familiarity with automotive accessories and after-sales service.
* Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Soft Skills:

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient networking skills to build relationships with key industry players.
