Senior Project Manager – Integration (Machine Learning / Data Centre Infrastructure) We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager – Integration to lead complex integration and transformation projects at the intersection of Machine Learning infrastructure and mission‑critical data centre operations. This role suits someone who enjoys working across engineering, operations, supply chain, and vendors — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum through to production readiness and operational handover. You’ll join highly experienced, culturally diverse teams, operating in a fast‑paced environment where ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence are valued. In this role, you will: Lead complex integration and transformation projects across Machine Learning infrastructure. Manage the full project lifecycle — planning, coordination, execution, testing, and production readiness. Drive alignment across stakeholders via clear communication, structured updates, risk tracking, and issue escalation. Develop and deliver standardised training for internal teams and vendors on turn‑up processes, configuration, and downstream impacts (e.g., commissioning, deployment, rack integration). Oversee deployment of ML hardware accelerators (e.g., GPUs / TPUs) and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure. Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define, document, and optimise operational workflows and process improvements. Support on‑site execution during critical phases, ensuring timelines, quality control, and a strong operational handover. Create and maintain project documentation including process storyboards, deployment milestones, and commissioning plans. Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and external partners to ensure seamless execution across all phases. We’d love to hear from you if you have: A degree (or comparable experience) in project management or a construction/engineering discipline. Strong experience managing complex, technical integration programmes in large‑scale or mission‑critical environments. Experience with Machine Learning systems architecture, ideally in an infrastructure‑heavy setting. Understanding of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and how they relate to infrastructure automation. Strong knowledge of data centre operations, and how ML can enhance operational efficiency and resilience. A confident approach to managing competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and bring teams together across functions and vendors. Why apply?
