-Participation in contract finalization for production and industrialization; support in negotiations for approval/financing of solutions related to production and industrialization issues as well as price adjustments
-Ensuring compliance with contractual agreements for industrial activities (manufacturing, supply chain, etc.) and cost/schedule management during the development phase
-Management of interdisciplinary teams for industrialization; scheduling and monitoring industrial activities along program milestones
-Coordination of the industrial validation process (industrialization, APQP, etc.), organization and monitoring of reviews; development and management of measures to reduce series production costs (budget, prioritization, schedule)
-Support in budgeting (including support budget, obsolescence); creation and maintenance of medium- and long-term forecasts (S&OP) based on the sales plan
-Customer interface for industrial topics: ensuring transparent and reliable delivery forecasts, consolidation of assumptions for production program planning
-Identification of industrial risks and implementation of corresponding countermeasures
-Continuous feedback and lessons learned for both program and industrial teams

Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or comparable field
-Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial project or production management
-Experience in interdisciplinary teams and complex industrial projects
-Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering, preferably in large enterprises
-Excellent knowledge of industrialization, production, and supply chain management, ideally for mechatronic products
-Proven experience in managing industrialization projects, production ramp-ups, and production increases
-Strong expertise in quality management systems and industrial validation (e.g., APQP); knowledge of industrial standards, audits, and technology readiness level assessments (MRL/TRL)
-Experience in contract management and customer support in an industrial environment
-Experience in the aerospace industry or aircraft interiors is desirable
-Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage complex projects with multiple work packages
-Fluent German and English language skills (business proficient)
