This challenge awaits you:

As Senior Sales Manager Commercial Vehicles EU/Global, you will be responsible for supporting and developing a customer group or market in the commercial vehicle sector. You will bring extensive experience in international sales and take on a leading role in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Your focus will be on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. Actively shape the future of the company in the commercial vehicles sector and make a significant contribution to the success of our sales team!

Your Tasks:

1. You develop and implement account strategies for a customer group or market in the commercial vehicle sector.
2. You build long-term customer relationships and maintain existing partnerships.
3. You identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends and competitive activities in the commercial vehicle segment.
4. You conduct offer and contract negotiations and strategically and operationally manage the acquisition process.
5. You will prepare sales reports and forecasts and ensure data quality in CRM
6. You will represent the company at trade fairs and industry events, particularly in the commercial vehicle sector, in order to expand your network

Necessary Skills:

7. Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
8. At least 5 years of professional experience in international sales, ideally in a comparable position
9. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop suitable solutions
10. High degree of initiative, results orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking
11. Willingness to travel regularly
12. Language skills: English at least at level B2; German skills are an advantage

Desired Skills:

13. Very good understanding of automotive value chains
14. Affinity for business models in a digital context
15. Confident use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a data-driven approach to managing sales processes
16. Ability to work in international teams and serve customers in different cultural contexts (intercultural competence)
