Job Description About your tasks: Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for all Retail Media Ad Solutions in close collaboration with the Director for AdTech and MarTech as well as the Retail Media business team. The roadmap will be developed jointly, ensuring a comprehensive strategy from both a business and product perspective. Backlog Management: Gather stakeholder requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog to deliver incremental value and meet market needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data analytics, sales teams, and the Retail Media business team to translate business requirements into actionable product initiatives. Performance Tracking: Establish product KPIs, regularly analyze performance metrics, and refine product features to improve ROI and user engagement. Market Research: Monitor competitive landscapes, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure market relevance and drive continuous innovation.
