1. Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a Product Owner at /// adidas /// you are responsible for the quality and strategic impact of product. In collaboration with other departments, you work on continuously improving and evolving the product and ensuring maximized value and user experience in alignment with our company targets.
Defining a robust roadmap, backlog, managing capability expansion increments and leading prioritization of new capabilities & best practices are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role.
Additionally, you will collaborate with all global key stakeholders, including Global Markets, Business Functions, and Tech, driving user engagement and satisfaction, as well as outcome for //adidas //.
2. Key Responsibilities:
3. Product strategy & delivery Supporting in setting up goals and measuring outcomes and value delivered at product level overall in line with company targets. Contribute to create vision, strategy, long-term plan, and roadmap for the product, in line with company vision and strategy. Contribute to Improve ways of working within the product and with stakeholders to enhance release capacity and user experience quality. Ensure issues resolution, addressing topics, dependencies, and risks with the relevant stakeholders. Drive product delivery as per committed milestones. Drive Development of Settlement and Reconciliation Solutions: Lead the creation and implementation of a technical solution to streamline the settlement and reconciliation process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all financial operations. Optimize End-to-End Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, define requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance automation, reduce manual effort, and improve overall process transparency and reliability.

5. Drive product stakeholders' engagement and management.
6. Act as the ambassador for your area of responsibility, showcasing the products and capabilities to markets and other strategic stakeholders.
7. Product enablement & adoption
8. Contribute to successful enablement, adoption, and continuous improvement of your product.
9. Responsible for adoption KPI Tracking
10. Ensure the creation and maintenance of product and process documentation for areas impacted by your product.
11. Backlog Management
12. Responsible for creation and refinement of actionable backlog items collaboratively with stakeholders and the dev team, in alignment with product objectives.
13. Prioritize product backlog items in coordination with the Product team.
14. Define and create functional requirements, ensuring well defined UI/UX, acceptance criteria and quality, adhering to the Definition of Ready.
15. Participate in the agile ceremonies to provide guidance and clarifications.

17. Analyze and monitor Product KPIs, Milestones and create an action plan accordingly.
18. Support in Business Case creation for strategic business opportunities and investment at product level.
19. Contribute to the investigations and research to drive product Innovation and identify key investment opportunities within the product
20. Drive best practices, reusability, and optimization of product capabilities.
21. Contribute to the user journey design and insights gathering for the product(s)
22. Collaborate with the Design Team in defining the UI/UX for Product improvements, to ensure a premium user experience and interface.

34. Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
35. 3-5+ years of experience working ideally in a Digital/eCommerce/Sales, or IT environment.
36. Deep business analysis and functional skills (business and IT departments)
37. Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels.
38. Experience in creating strong internal business cases to support investment and internal resource requests.
39. Proven experience in managing global projects.
