A Snapshot of Your Day You will work in the Sales Planning Team, aligning, supporting, and driving insights that shape business decisions for the multibillion New Unit Gas Turbine business. Therefore, you interact daily with colleagues in all Sales regions across the world. Your analysis will directly influence forecast and strategic direction setting. You will play a key role in optimizing our management dashboards and reporting processes, constantly seeking ways to simplify, improve transparency, and data quality across sales planning activities with the application of lean and state-of-the-art technology.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Leading GS Sales New Unit forecast and budget planning and provide proactively, in time, high quality planning data based on regional input and ensuring cross-regional consolidation and alignment
2. Delivering clear analysis of forecast changes, pipeline outlook, and risk / opportunity assessments to support Sales Management decisions
3. Interacting closely with top management and other key stakeholders to support fact-based business steering
4. Running market analysis, such as annual Market Evaluation Process (MEP) and Market Simulation aligning with all sales regions, consolidating numbers, and preparing slides
5. Enhancing planning processes with regional teams to simplify and automatize them as far as possible, while maintaining high quality data output
6. Maintaining and developing Tableau dashboards together with Sales Toolbox (IT) and ensuring data integrity and better analytical insights
What You Bring
7. Degree in business administration (BA or MSc) or comparable education with relevant professional experience
8. Proven experience in international strategic sales planning, with a strong understanding of planning, reporting, and KPI analysis
9. Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as strong self-management skills (manage multiple priorities effectively)
10. Strong aptitude for numbers and an analytical approach to work, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills in a top management environment in English; German is a plus
11. Digital savviness: Experimentation with novel AI tools, first-hand expertise with Tableau dashboards and Sales Force
