As Defence & Public Sector Account Manager (m/f/d), you will own and grow Damovo’s strategic engagement across Defence, Public Sector, and regulated industries in Europe. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role combines strategic account leadership with hands-on execution, navigating complex public procurement landscapes and coordinating internal teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-value solutions. Own Damovo’s Defence & Public Sector vertical strategy and key account relationships Lead complex sales cycles, including tenders, RFPs, and framework agreements Develop and grow strategic accounts through long-term account planning and expansion Position Damovo’s end-to-end portfolio (UC, CX, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Infrastructure) Act as executive sponsor for customers, ensuring trust, compliance, and delivery alignment Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Architecture, Security, and Bid teams across regions Track pipeline, forecast accuracy, and performance for the vertical Proven experience in Defence and/or Public Sector account management in hunter and farmer capacity Strong understanding of public procurement and regulated environments Track record with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals Confident communicator at senior and C-level Background in ICT or digital transformation solutions Fluent in German and English Structured, accountable, and collaborative leadership style Smart Working: Hybrid working with hours that best fit your private life.
