On behalf of one of our key partners—a major European integrator and subsidiary of a prominent American industrial group —we are looking for a Project Quality Manager to join their operations in Hamburg. Our client has been a strategic partner to global leaders like Airbus for nearly 20 years.
The Mission
Under a full-time permanent contract, you will ensure the compliance of tailor-made industrial solutions. You will be the main point of contact for quality documentation and proactive non-conformity management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Quality: Act as the quality relay for German projects, ensuring work methods align with internal procedures.
* Project Monitoring: Participate in the creation of Quality Assurance Plans and verify all deliverable documentation for the customer.
* Technical Support: Support stakeholders in identifying regulatory requirements and conduct technical design and installation reviews.
* Field Action: Perform quality inspections on products and manage corrective actions for non-conformities.
Your Profile
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in ISO 9001 management, including "Quality Gates" and risk analysis (FMEA).
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE and experience in turnkey industrial projects.
* Languages: Proficiency in English (B2 level / 785+ TOEIC points minimum) is required to lead meetings.
* Mindset: You are rigorous, possess strong analytical skills, and are comfortable with regular travel to sites of operations.
