The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the production site, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and on-time delivery.
This role covers indirect categories such as Facilities Management, Construction and Project Management and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).

Your tasks
10. Developing and implementing procurement strategies in line with business objectives.
11. Procurement and negotiation of contracts for goods and services to achieve optimal cost and quality.
12. Managing supplier relationships to ensure performance, reliability and compliance.
13. Working with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
14. Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards and legal requirements.
15. Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
Your profile
16. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
17. 2-5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
18. Proven experience in purchasing for manufacturing locations.
19. Prior experience in the indirect categories of facilities management, construction, project management and MRO is desirable.
20. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
21. Knowledge of purchasing best practices and compliance standards.
22. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
23. Analytical mindset with good knowledge of procurement tools and systems.
