Tasks
* Responsibilty for the Solino system:
* Handle customer inquiries: Collect, analyze and prioritize incoming product and solution requests
* Build customer relationships: Identify and develop new contacts and Partnerships
* Strategic product development: Contribute to the roadmap and product strategy
* Market and competitor analysis: Monitor industry trends and derive actionable recommendations
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Hard- & Software Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.
* Global Product positioning & launches: Support the market introduction of new features in hardware and software; participation in global trade fairs and customer meetings
Requirements
* Degree in Physics, Engineering, Optics, Life Sciences, Computer Sciene or a related field
* Professional experience in product management or a comparable role, ideally within optical systems, lab equipment, medical technology or similar products
* Strong understanding of hardware and software integration in complex technical products with focus on artificial intelligence
* Customer-oriented mindset paired with structured and strategic approach to work
* Global willingness to travel of around 20%
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
