Product Manager (m/f/d)
Your key responsibilities:
* Translate product vision, roadmap, and goals into product features and planned work
* Scope the product solution and define user journey, user stories, and process flows
* Define and develop the product strategy and roadmap to drive targeted business outcomes in alignment with corporate strategies
* Participate and/or lead scrum ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog and oversee the development stages
* Work closely with engineering teams to drive product development
* Collaborate closely with global business development teams and other stakeholders and act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product
* Own relationships with key customers;
understand the industryand product-related landscapes, be the voice of the customer and feedback user inputs
Your Profile:
* 4+ years of industry experience as a Product Manager within a technology environment, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex products
* Bachelor, Master or MBA in technology or business
* Background in Circular Economy, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability Reporting or similar fields
* Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams & a passion for developing and guiding others
* Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Focus on the customer;

* Highly organized and self-motivated
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Effective working in a team environment and independently
