Job title: Junior Project Manager - Artwork Specialist Location: Remote Are you a proactive and detail-oriented project manager with an interest in packaging and graphics? Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking an Artwork Deployment Specialist to join a European Activity Management Team, contributing to exciting new product launches and value leadership initiatives. Your primary objective will be to manage the packaging artwork briefing and approval process, collaborating with various functions and the external Graphics Production Centre. You will ensure that all artwork changes are delivered accurately and on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for the project management and implementation of lower complexity projects, such as promotions, product rollouts to new markets and product discontinuations. This role also includes providing administrative support to the wider Global Activity Management Team, encompassing portfolio tracking, handling sample and data requests and managing data. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables Manage the artwork process for activities, including product redesigns and portfolio changes, providing briefs to relevant stakeholders Lead workstreams and manage stakeholders effectively Undertake project management responsibilities, leading teams within projects. Plan work and assess how it fits within capacity Maintain a strong eye for detail, particularly when dealing with master data Contribute to a global team environment Potentially manage product discontinuations, depending on team capacity Plan and align with stakeholders on project timelines and deliverables Navigate periods of high and low activity due to legislative and market changes Required Skill Set and Experience (Essential vs. Desirable) Proven experience in coordinating projects or process tasks within set delivery timelines Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail Good knowledge of MS Office and an affinity for various systems Flexible individual, resilient to fluctuating demands and workload Experience in project management, marketing, packaging or graphics Functional experience in project management, marketing, packaging or graphics #J-18808-Ljbffr
