Major Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for the division's business, he has to follow all relationships with the Customers to guarantee business and new opportunities.
2. Responsible to manage the best way the sales' budget and forecasting, and he has to verify that all the agreements with the Customers have been respected.
3. Responsible of quoting offers for New Business in compliance with the approved metrics according to the existing DOA, he has the duty to cooperate with the team in order to book new business according with the Budget and priorities of the company.
4. Responsible to supervise the quotations of the PCE's on existing business to keep or better grow-up the financial metrics of the product.
5. Support the GAD and Program Director as it concerns the new business policy, giving them all the information for the market, necessary to support the business decision.
6. He has to cooperate with all the other departments to guarantee the best relationships with their Customers.
7. He has to cooperate with PC&L Department and Program Management Dpt. To quote premium freights, overtime and obsolete materials assuring the support until Aptiv receives the money.
8. He and his/her Dpt. have to follow, in conjunction with the Financial Dpt., the payments to/from the Customers and the monitor overdue situation.
9. Customer Representative for Sales to assure the understanding and respect of customer requirements.
10. Ensure material and labor inflation recovery while keeping good customer relationship.
11. Identify new business opportunities e.g. platform products and SW.
12. Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
13. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
14. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Qualifications:
15. Technical or Economical University degree
16. Knowledge of automotive market
17. Fluent German and English language mandatory, speaking and writing
18. Several years of experience in sales/account management with sensors (camera, radars...)
19. Knowledge of specific Customer
20. Technical knowledge of Product line
21. Expertise in Automotive Business as Account Manager or Program Mgr., in one of automotive Components Companies (better O.E. Supplier)
