We are currently looking for a Data Center Sales Manage in Germany ideally based in the Berlin region.
As a Data Center Account Manager you will be at the forefront of driving CommScopes Data Center infrastructure growth in North Germany. You will execute our in-country sales strategy working closely with regional field sales system engineers and global Data Center teams to deliver innovative high-performance connectivity solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to engage with some of the most influential players in the Data Center ecosystem: Multi-Tenant Data Center (MTDC) Operators consultants and integrators in order to help shape how tomorrows AI-driven and cloud-ready Data Centers are built.
HOW YOULL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:
As Sales Manager for the Data Center infrastructure business in the north of Germany and Eastern Europe you will be responsible for shaping and executing a clear sales strategy aligned with regional leadership goals. Your focus will be on identifying and engaging key multi-tenant Data Center operatorsCloud and Enterprise DC clients building trusted relationships that position CommScope as a strategic partner.
You will lead high-impact pursuits with major enterprise Data Center opportunities aiming to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Success in this role requires strong connectivity across the Data Center ecosystem including consultants contractors integrators and technology partners ensuring CommScope is well-represented and influential.
Active participation in industry events conferences and online communities will be essential to maintain visibility and thought leadership.
Youll collaborate closely with global Data Center and market management teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer value.
Finally you will maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using Dynamics 365 ensuring data integrity and transparency in reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
* Bachelors degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
* 7 years of experience in sales business development or account management within the technology or ICT industry.
* Proven success in selling Data Center or building infrastructure solutions to large enterprise or operator customers.
* Strong understanding of the Data Center ecosystem industry trends and buying behaviors.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with a record of winning new business and expanding existing customer accounts.
* Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills both in English and German (Polish language is a plus).
* Available to Travel 20% of the time.
