Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Excellence Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring local medical excellence and operations activities comply with all company processes, codes of conduct, ethics, regulatory requirements, and local laws.
You will proactively contribute to and implement global strategies in close cross-functional collaboration, supporting best-in-class medical infield team excellence. Additionally, you will develop and implement processes, tools, and materials to drive medical excellence, lead digital transformation projects, monitor current market trends, and derive actionable recommendations.
In this role, you will also oversee internal medical communication initiatives together with Corporate Communication, BTS, CEX, and Marketing teams. Furthermore, you will lead initiatives to enhance excellence of field medical teams in collaboration with CEX, BTS, and medical training managers.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing external project opportunities beyond the pharmaceutical industry, partnering with subject matter experts across all therapeutic areas to support scientific communication priorities, and advising Affiliate Medical Affairs on medical communication topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong planning, organizational, and strategic abilities, and a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Additionally, you will have quick comprehension of complex topics, skill in communicating clearly to different audiences, high degree of initiative, independent working style, ability to build strong internal and external networks, flexibility, and adaptability.
You will also need to demonstrate ability to influence without direct authority and effectively deliver cross-functional projects, strong commitment to compliance, scientific quality, and integrity.
