Description and Requirements
The ISG Category Pricing Product Manager will be responsible for ISG’s pricing strategy and to build & expand the ISG Pricing tool with AI and Data Science (PAIDs) pilot to multiple markets. Reporting to the VP Category leader, this role primarily goals is to provide dedicated strategy, operations and product management execution on ISG pricing and to expand PAIDs. PAIDS is more than just a pricing system—it’s an intelligent, self-learning engine that directly supports the ISG Category vision of a “Low-Touch, Ease-of-Doing-Business” model. By embedding AI-driven logic directly into our LBP platform, PAIDS empowers sellers with real-time pricing intelligence, eliminating friction and enabling smarter, faster decisions. Building on your strong financial analysis capabilities, robust sales acumen and active leadership strengths to transform ISG pricing strategy, your role is at the heart of ISG’s success.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Pricing Strategy
1. Manage adjustment grid strategy & pricing
PAIDs Product & Market Expansion
2. Expand current pilot from 2 markets to all ISO
3. Expand the functionality and evolve the system to include inputs such as:
4. External signals like PFV intelligence
5. Market trends
6. Supply/demand dynamics
7. Win/loss rates at various prices
8. Competitive Market Intelligence (Example: Bids from competition integration)
PAIDS Product Lifecycle
9. Drive PAIDs to maximize adoption, opportunities and meet business objectives
10. Enable stakeholders with key messages & value proposition on why to use
11. Engage with BU, sales, Finance and ISO on specific PAIDS product requirements
12. Methodically capture new features & requests, prioritize them and share with operations team.
13. Act as the “Voice of the field” from Sales / Finance
PAIDS Product Ambassador
14. Be a PAIDs and category ambassador internally and externally
15. Act as a PAIDs ambassador to support all affected stakeholders
16. Accountable for the deployment & success of PAIDS
Requirements
17. Minimum Bachelor, preferred master’s degree Business Administration with focus on 4P Category
18. At least 10 years previous experience in Sales Operations, Sales & Partner Compensation, Channel with at least 3 years previous experience in Pricing
19. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
20. Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive
21. Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
22. Understanding of various server and storage technologies
