Sales Manager - EMEA - Personal Care Chemicals Permanent Position, Full-Time · Germany Your Responsibilities Provide technical and commercial support to our customers. Manage sales activities and take responsibility for defined regional markets. Support, develop, and expand relationships with distributors and direct customers, including the acquisition of new clients. Plan, organize, and conduct customer visits, technical workshops, and attend trade fairs and industry events. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts and agreements. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system and prepare sales forecasts. Document all sales activities and outcomes. Work closely with internal teams such as back office, marketing, and technical support. Willingness to travel approximately 30-50%. Your Profile Completed studies in a scientific field or cosmetic science (Bachelor's/Master's/PhD), or experience as a formulator in the cosmetics industry, or a business degree combined with solid experience in technical sales of cosmetic raw materials and strong chemistry knowledge. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within a B2B setting. Excellent French and English skills; Spanish is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
