Join us to drive end-to-end transformation across Supply Chain Management and Operations. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives in digitalisation, automation, production network optimisation and product development - partnering with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into measurable results.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and support project teams within Supply Chain Management and Operations across digitalisation, automation, production network optimisation and product development.
* Lead cross-functional project teams to identify, design and implement solutions to complex project challenges.
* Implement and drive project management methods and best practices across operations.
* Prepare decision papers and provide clear reporting to the Steering Committee.
* Proactively support the operations in developing local masterplans, risk management solutions and in Capex planning and delivery.
* Develop comprehensive project and business plans to ensure the success of business-critical activities.
What we’d love for you to have:
* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
* Several years’ experience in project management within a multinational company or from management consulting.
* Strong expertise in project management methods and frameworks, plus solid management reporting and presentation skills.
* Excellent analytical skills with a structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* A hands- on and collaborative team player with a communicative, open and friendly personality.
* Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required by the projects.
