Role & Purpose of the Position You will assume full sales and profit responsibility for the Central Germany region – covering around one third of the country. Your focus will be on the strategic development of turnover, profitability and brand presence of ES Group products. In doing so, you will manage and systematically develop customers from the SHK sector as well as architects, planners and building owners/developers (m/f/d). Your Tasks & Responsibilities Regional & Sales Responsibility: Plan, manage and achieve the sales targets (revenue, contribution margin, distribution and placement targets) in your region. Customer Development: Manage and develop our existing customers, actively acquire new customers and business partners in your territory. Develop joint annual business plans with key trading partners. Showroom Management: Ensure premium product presentation, space allocation and POS activation; conduct regular assortment and planogram reviews. Training & Education: Design and deliver practical product trainings for installers/fitters, showroom consultants and other business partners (on site, online or in our brand training centres). Project Business: Integrate the brands’ products into tender specifications and drive targeted project acquisition through to contract conclusion. Events & Trade Fairs: Actively participate in in‑house exhibitions, roadshows and industry events (e.g. ISH, regional trade fairs), including follow‑up and lead management. Negotiations: Conduct annual negotiations and terms agreements with trading partners and implement pricing and promotional strategies to activate the market. Pipeline & Forecasting: Systematically monitor the market and competition; maintain a robust sales pipeline, prepare reliable forecasts and report to the sales management. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management and Supply Chain to ensure optimal customer support and successful market introduction of new products. Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to our brand, quality and occupational health and safety standards as well as internal guidelines. Your Profile 5–10 years of successful experience in technical field sales within the SHK and/or bathroom furniture industry. Proven track record in building showroom presence and in developing partnerships in the SHK environment. Strong closing and negotiation skills, KPI focus and an entrepreneurial mindset. Good IT skills and experience with CRM systems and MS Office; structured approach to travel and visit planning. Languages: English and/or Spanish at least good (B2 level); additional languages are an advantage. Mobility: Class B driving licence; residence in the Greater Frankfurt/Rhein‑Main area; willingness to travel, including multi‑day trips.
