Own the market success and financial performance of the Premium hydraulic breaker product portfolio
Define the premium value proposition, positioning, and portfolio strategy based on customer, application and competitive insights
Drive pricing strategy in close collaboration with the commercial organization to protect margins and reinforce clear premium differentiation
Manage the premium product lifecycle, including launches, upgrades, and premium portfolio boundaries versus value/basic offerings
Develop premium‑focused sales materials and support advanced product and value-selling training
Act as the central commercial interface to Engineering and Operations to ensure premium products meet market expectations
Several years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a commercial role in an industrial or B2B environment
Strong understanding of premium products, value‑based pricing, and margin management
Fluency in English, written and spoken
