The Opportunity You will lead a complex Transition & Transformation (T&T) project on behalf of our manufacturing client in Northern Germany. The role is performed as a subcontractor and requires deep expertise in IT outsourcing, especially the transition from an existing IT service provider to a new contracted provider. Responsibilities include managing the transition of end‑user services, ensuring contractual compliance, establishing governance structures, monitoring project progress, and delivering regular management reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead the transition of end‑user services, including User Help Desk and Service Management, from the incumbent to the new provider, encompassing nearshore delivery centers. Coach the customer's project team on contract‑compliant implementation of the T&T project, utilising in‑depth knowledge of complex outsourcing contractual frameworks. Establish governance and committee structures and coordinate project management activities across two main European locations. Monitor the project schedule, T&T milestones, and cooperation obligations of both the customer and the new service provider to ensure objectives are achieved. Support internal and external communication with stakeholders and transform project activities into a recurring weekly/monthly management reporting rhythm. Align regularly with the Monks team on commercial and contract change topics, supporting the final acceptance of T&T results. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in IT outsourcing. Demonstrable track record of managing complex Transition & Transformation (T&T) projects. Fluency in German to manage communication with the client and local teams. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, including signing a project agreement and a very strict personal NDA (Non‑Disclosure Agreement).
