Responsibilities:
* Identifying and acquiring new customers while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
* Analyzing regional market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
* Independently conducting contract negotiations through to successful closure.
* Collaborating closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Management to optimize sales processes and regularly reporting sales activities.
Anforderungen
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge and experience in sales within a freight forwarding company, particularly in the FTL (Full-Truck-Load) segment.
* Proven track record in sales management, especially in customer acquisition and retention.
* Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
* High self-motivation and a goal-oriented working style.
* Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes.
