Responsibilities:
1. Customer Advocacy:Serve as the primary liaison between external customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
2. Understand customer requirements deeply to ensure the software solutions are aligned and issues are escalated/resolved promptly.
3. Program Execution:Plan and deliver complex automotive software programs, particularly in the area of intelligent cockpit systems (e.g., infotainment, connectivity, adas).
4. Own standalone project workstreams while coordinating seamlessly within the broader organization.
5.Balance technical acumen with strategic decision-making to meet critical milestones.
Requirements:
1. 7–8 years of project or product management experience in software development.
2. Experience delivering automotive IVI / infotainment software projects.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple software teams within large, complex programs.
4. Strong background in end-to-end software lifecycle management (requirements to release).
5. Experience working with embedded systems, HMI, middleware, and third-party suppliers.
6. Comfortable operating in Agile / SAFe / hybrid development environments across global teams.
7. Education Master’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).PMP certification is highly preferred.
