MEP Project Manager – Cologne, Germany
Excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a German Architectural and Engineering company in their execution department.
Location: Cologne
Salary: €70.000 – €100.000 basic + Bonus + Pension scheme
Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a German Architectural and Engineering company who are looking to expand their Project Execution Team in Frankfurt working on Data Centre Projects.
Day-to-day duties could include:
* On-Site Management supervising the installation and integration of MEP systems for data centre projects.
* Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure works completed to local safety laws and regulations.
* Conduct and supervise commissioning tests on critical systems.
* Documentation and reporting throughout.
* Project coordination of execution phases of the project.
Requirements for the role:
* Higher qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
* 7+ years previous experience
* German and English fluent – written and spoken
