Your tasks
-Responsible for and leads complex R&D projects with high risk potential and/or strategic impact by taking ownership and coaching at SAFe multi-team level (iterative development model) according to mQMS core processes and D&D framework and/or other equivalent development processes (e.g. change control).
-Ensures the achievement of results (e.g. product results, budget, time) of a complex team or program and defines alignment and stories to the team/program based on business and customer needs (customers can be internal or external).
-Coordinates program deliverables with other relevant or dependent Program Product Owners as appropriate.
-Carries the responsibility for product development from sprints and increments, and approves them considering the program objectives.
-Functions as product point of contact and coach across the division, coaching and mentoring project teammates.
-Supports the further development of the agile way of working.
-Participates in program, project, team ceremonies to ensure alignment, progress and success of R&D projects and activities.
Your profile
Must Have:
-Completed Master's degree with 5-7 years of professional experience in the development of diagnostic solutions
-or a PhD in biochemistry or a related field
-Experience in the technical management of matrix organizations
-Experience in assay development or in vitro diagnostic solution development and technical supervision of staff is essential
-Business fluent in English

-Strong scientific, analytical and problem solving skills
-Strong stakeholder management skills in relation to technical project aspects
-In-depth experience in IVD assay development and technical solution design
-Good communication and presentation skills
