* Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation
* Prüfung von Unterlagen auf Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz und Normkonformität
* Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Richtlinien
* Mitwirkung bei Audits
* Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Planung, Steuerung und Dokumentation der Projekte
* Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Projekt- und Dokumentationsprozessen
* Termin- und Fristenüberwachung sowie Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben
* Koordination und Zusammenstellung vollständiger technischer Dokumentationspakete gemäß geltenden Richtlinien und Normen
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Erste Erfahrungen im Dokumentenmanagement im Projektumfeld
* Technisches Grundverständnis (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar)
* Kenntnisse im Bereich CE-Kennzeichnung und relevanter EU-Richtlinien von Vorteil
* Fähigkeit zur Erstellung und inhaltlichen Bewertung technischer Dokumentation
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Strukturierte, sehr sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
