KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Solutions Full / Part time Either Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As a Product Owner (f/m/d) for Issue Management within ProjectHub/iTWO, you are responsible for shaping and owning end‑to‑end digital capabilities for data‑driven project execution. You define the product vision, roadmap, and system design for standardized issue management across EPC projects, enabling transparency, clear ownership, and reliable follow‑up. Working closely with Project Management, Engineering, and IT, you translate strategic requirements into scalable, user‑centric digital solutions, with a strong focus on standardization, data‑centric design, and enabling future AI use cases to support successful project delivery.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Ownership of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Issue Management module with prioritization based on measurable business value
2. Domain leadership for Issue Management, including steering of functional requirements and alignment between business needs and system capabilities in close collaboration with IT
3. Design of user‑friendly, standardized processes supported by rights concepts, usability principles, workflow definitions, interfaces, and AI integration
4. Partnership with Digital Leads and IT to align module development with project digitalization initiatives while avoiding role and responsibility overlaps
5. Assurance of data consistency and seamless integration with adjacent project and reporting functions within the ProjectHub / iTWO platform
6. Enablement of scalable, future‑proof digital solutions supporting reliable and transparent project execution
What You Bring
7. Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Operations Management, or a comparable field
8. Several years of relevant professional experience with proven responsibility for shaping product vision and roadmaps
9. Strong focus on end‑to‑end digitalization of Project Management and related practices
10. Deep expertise in data architecture, agile development, and methodologies such as Design Thinking, UML, and web‑based systems
11. Excellent communication, facilitation, and change‑management skills, including experience with global cultural integration and large‑scale training initiatives
12. Fluency in English; German language skills as an advantage
