We are currently looking for a Senior Facilities Manager / Workplace experience Leader in Schwalbach.
Your tasks:
1. Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements as required
2. Run the local Site according to the German local legal aspects in all matters
3. Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site clients expectations are met and exceeded
4. On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client’s premises
5. Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time, within budget and according to HS&E guidelines
6. Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle best practice
7. Ensure financial processes are followed at all times
8. Ensure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met.
9. Ensure a property risk management program including audits is implemented and maintained.
10. Ensure disaster recovering and business continuity plans are implemented and maintained.
11. Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in place.
Your profile
12. 5-10 years of Facility Management, Hoteling or Hospitality experience in similar corporate sites
13. Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
14. Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
15. Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
16. Fluent speaking & writing skills in German and English
17. Bachelor or Master degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration preferred
18. Strong IT skills
19. Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations
