Your tasks
8. Development and maintenance of program planning, i.e. work breakdown structure, milestones, dependencies and resources, etc.
9. Leading risk and opportunity management, including action management and escalation templates
10. Control of steering deadlines, status reporting and decision and escalation logic
11. Close collaboration with Systems Architect, Commercial & Subcontract Manager and Requirements & Interface Manager
12. Support in the offer phase, e.g. with regard to time/cost structures, assumptions, offer processes or deliverable planning
Your profile
13. Completed studies or a comparable qualification
14. Additional qualification in project management
15. Several years of experience in program and project management of complex technical projects
16. Experience in bid or proposal management or in large multi-stakeholder programs
17. Ideally experience in a safety-critical environment
18. Knowledge of earned value as well as schedule and cost controlling desirable
19. Assertiveness and communication skills
20. Confidence and a structured way of working
