Senior Product Manager - AdTech Display Ads

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Central AdTech team and help deliver amazing experiences in our AdTech advertising solutions. You will shape the future of advertising at Delivery Hero, collaborating with engineers, designers, and marketers to build and scale our advertising platform and drive growth in our global markets.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for Delivery Hero's central Display Advertising service, covering both demand and supply sides. Identify opportunities to improve ad performance, expand inventory, and optimize yield.
* Partner with advertisers and global stakeholders to understand needs and deliver data-driven solutions that drive results. Gather feedback, conduct market research, and build strong relationships.
* Drive cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, design, etc.) to define, measure, and achieve ambitious qualitative and quantitative goals. Set clear KPIs, foster collaboration, and ensure accountability.
* Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal partners, leadership, and global stakeholders. Create compelling presentations and updates, and manage communication channels effectively.
Qualifications
* At least 4+ years of product experience working with an engineering team in ad tech.
* Strong problem-solving skills: ability to break down complex business problems, create data visualizations, and apply qualitative and quantitative analysis with sound business judgment.
* Ability to synthesize a strategy, build a product roadmap, and execute to achieve business goals.
* Comfort facilitating planning and decision-making across several teams, including partners, and the ability to empower teams to get things done.
* Ability to piece together multiple data sources into actionable insights, with a strategic focus and strong prioritization, balancing tradeoffs to deliver impact.
* Technical understanding of how to build scalable products, and strong written and oral communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
* At least 3+ years of professional experience in advertising and marketing technology.
