The FMCG team's focus is on the strategic acquisition and commercial incubation of new sellers, driving their success and revenue growth on the platform. This role is based in Düsseldorf. Responsibilities: - Map the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) category and subcategories landscape, and define priority segments to be developed in collaboration with partners. (Note: For this role, the FMCG category is primarily focused on Food, Beverages, and Nutrition - Build the FMCG category and a clear roadmap to manage long-tail partners. - Plan, execute, and maintain category performance, ensuring all KPIs are met. - New Partner Acquisition and Commercial Incubation: Identify potential high-value partners, build compelling onboarding solutions (including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education), and set up their strategic mid- and long-term account plans, focusing on accelerating revenue generation and sustainable business growth on the platform. - Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to help partners with content on the platform. - Own internal projects to contribute to the FMCG ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing). - Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage.
Minimum Qualifications: - 1+ years of relevant professional experience of strong network of German FMCG partners and strong knowledge of the German FMCG industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation. - Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills. - Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity. - Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a a preference). - Fluent in German to ease communication with German stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with e-commerce brands, retail media, or marketplace advertising is a strong plus
