Product Management Role

Requirements include:

* Well-founded product management experience, ideally in the eye care sector, along with project management, consulting, or business development competencies
* Strong strategic thinking and market analysis expertise to develop product strategies aligned with market trends and organizational goals
* Excellent interpersonal and project management skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and manage the product lifecycle effectively
* Understanding of commercialization processes, budget management, and KPI tracking, with a consumer-centric mindset to address consumer needs
