Production Worker - 3rd Shift 3rd Shift : M 12:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.; M-TH 10:15 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. _________________________________________________________________________ Job Summary: Assemble parts in specified relationship to shop orders Packaging Work at various work stations as production needs require Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment Perform other routine duties as needed Required Skills: Basic Math Skills Must be able to follow directions Attention to detail Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen Pay rate varies by department. Employees are eligible for a raise after 60 days and again after 6 months of employment pending review. Weekly Production Bonus eligibility begins after 90 days of employment ($50 minimum per week) for qualified positions. Benefit information: Paid Weekly All DSI employees receive a $15,000 Life Insurance policy after 60 days of employment paid for by the company. After 3 years of employment, DSI pays for 90% of an employee's health insurance premium.
