Strategic HR partnership for organisational development
As an HR Business Partner, you will work in an international environment where global collaboration, skills development and organisational growth come together. This role offers the opportunity to support a production site during an exciting phase of development, while contributing to HR processes that enable long‑term organisational stability. You will work closely with local leadership and global HR colleagues to enhance recruiting, talent management and organisational development. Improve HR processes and organisational development
In this position, you act as a trusted partner to local leadership teams and support all strategic and operational HR topics. You ensure the implementation of global HR processes and contribute to areas such as recruiting, talent development, workforce planning and organisational change. You work across the full employee lifecycle, from selection to development and retention.
Your responsibility will be to:
1. Recruit across the full process including job profiles, interviews and preboarding
2. Support leaders through coaching and guidance in HR-related topics
3. Conduct People & Talent Reviews and implement development activities
4. Implement global and local HR processes across the organization
5. Collaborate with the works council and contribute to HR projects and agreements
This position is located in Nordenham and includes close collaboration with the site management and the Director People & Culture of the Business Line Accessories.

You are comfortable working with different stakeholders and have an interest in shaping HR processes that contribute to long-term organisational development.
You also have:
6. A completed degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or law
7. Fluent German and Englisch language skills
8. Several years of experience in HR, in a business partner function
9. Experience in recruiting
10. Knowledge of talent development, training planning and talent management
11. Experience in implementing global HR processes
