Your role with us: As a Category Manager for Wind Operations & Maintenance (m/f/d), you will make a fundamental contribution to the reliable and cost-effective operation of the power supply for offshore and onshore wind farms. With our market and purchasing experience, we support both farm management and engineering as an integrated value-adding partner. Tasks · You will assume responsibility for the planning and implementation of all elements related to strategic procurement for the product groups maintenance and repair, as well as spare parts for offshore and onshore wind farms. You will prepare market and capacity analyses and derive opportunities and risks from them, which you will then integrate into the material group strategy. · You connect people and topics : The main focus is on internal stakeholder management across different management levels, disciplines and organizational lines, and on external relationship management with existing and potential suppliers at several tier levels. · You build bridges : Your tasks are carried out in cross-functional teams consisting of technology, logistics, controlling, park management and operational purchasing. · You act proactively : From your independently conducted demand and market analyses, you identify problem areas and translate them into strategic action areas for the supply chain, which you implement autonomously and in a targeted manner. Accordingly, you have practical experience in project management. · You are comfortable with all activities, from operational procurement to strategic analysis and measure implementation.
