Responsibilities
2. Lead the creation and implementation of effective internal control systems and risk management processes
3. Execute thorough audits in IT, finance, operations, and compliance to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls
4. Assess and analyze risks across different business areas, developing strategies to mitigate these risks
5. Generate comprehensive audit reports and presentations for senior management and audit committees
6. Work closely with various departments and external partners to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards
7. Manage and enhance the enterprise risk management program, aligning it with the organization's objectives
8. Conduct training sessions and workshops on internal control and risk management
9. Identify and implement opportunities for optimization and synergy within IT and business processes
10. Perform security assessments and assist in the implementation of IT security measures
Profile
11. Extensive experience in internal auditing and a deep understanding of risk management principles
12. Preferably experienced in the healthcare or technology sectors
13. Excellent report writing and communication skills
14. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and relevant reporting software
15. Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
16. A culturally aware team player who can operate independently of organizational structures
17. Highly motivated, inquisitive, with a passion for excellence and innovation
18. Strong communication skills with proven presentation abilities and strategic insight
19. Detail-oriented with a methodical and organized approach to work
