We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our PMO team in Hamburg. Stellenbeschreibung Take full ownership of projects from kickoff to final delivery, including preparing proposals, commissioning external vendors, and coordinating with agencies within the network. Plan and manage project timelines, capacities, resources, and budgets, adapting to changes and evolving requirements. Act as a central point of contact between interdisciplinary teams and departments, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met. Independently coordinate and lead project meetings, status updates, and internal and external alignment. Oversee production and delivery of assets, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Prepare forecasts, project analyses, and monthly reports. Participate in internal initiatives, such as tool implementations, to continuously improve workflows. Work independently and solution-oriented while maintaining a strong team focus. Verantwortlichkeiten Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, successfully managing complex projects from concept to delivery. Strong knowledge of modern project management principles, processes, and software, including Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Experience in digital project implementation, including production workflows. Strong client orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations diplomatically. High initiative, goal-oriented, and team-oriented mindset. Excellent German and English skills, both written and verbal.
