What You´ll Drive
In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team focused on growing our game portfolio by driving retention, engagement, and monetization. From spotting emerging trends in the kids’ gaming space to making strategic calls on what to build next, you’ll be at the heart of our product strategy!
What You'll Do
* Lead a cross-functional game product team to drive improvements in retention and revenue across our game portfolio
* Conduct market and trend analysis to identify popular themes, mechanics, and formats in the kids’ gaming space
* Make strategic decisions on which games to develop
* Identify high-impact growth levers to boost engagement, retention, and monetization
* Design and run experiments to validate product and gameplay hypotheses
* Own the product roadmap and backlog, balancing short-term live ops with long-term development priorities
What You Bring
* 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry
* A proven track record of scaling a game with measurable revenue growth
* Strong command of product metrics & analytics (e.g., A/B testing, cohort analysis, LTV)
* An analytical mindset and hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making
* Strong understanding of agile product development frameworks
* Business-fluency in English (our working language)

How to become part of the team
1. We look forward to receiving your application ( CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. You will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
2. Depending on the position, there is now a small assignment for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
3. We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
4. You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
5. After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
