WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Customer Experience Projects: End-to-end responsibility for the smooth implementation of seasonal packaging solutions, serving as primary point of contact for all relevant stakeholders
* Customer Communications: Review, refine and optimize communication materials to ensure clarity, emotional resonance and brand consistency across all touchpoints
* Transactional Journeys: Support the rollout of new transactional communication flows, ensuring seamless integration into the overall customer journey
* Customer Engagement Support: Deliver insights through competitor analysis, test orders, desk research and monitoring of luxury industry developments, including customer segmentation projects
* Digital Excellence: Conduct regular audits of digital platforms to identify areas for improvement in usability, performance and customer satisfaction
* Solution Implementation: Drive follow-up actions from audits and site checks – from issue identification through to solution rollout in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience and implement process enhancements with measurable impact
WHO YOU ARE
* Excellent written and spoken English skills (native level preferred); German and/or French are a plus
* University degree in economics, business administration or comparable field
* Relevant experience in Project Management, preferably within a Customer Engagement, eCommerce, or luxury field
* Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments, manage multiple stakeholders and align diverse priorities
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership, accountability and flexibility – key for a maternity cover role
* Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; solid understanding of e-commerce infrastructures and digital customer journeys
